由于配有高能永久磁铁,ASB42系列3相无刷直流电机可适用于对平稳转动和使用寿命提出高要求的应用。该电机(无刷直流电机)的防护等级为IP 65(出轴端除外),其密封外壳能够防止湿气和灰尘侵入,该电机配有可用于功率输出和编码器的M16或M12接插件。根据规格的不同,该系列电机的转矩可达0.25至0.5 NM,转速可达4000至14000 rpm。与所有其它的纳诺达克无刷直流电机相同,ASB42系列产品同样具有效率高、加速性能强的优点。ASB系列无刷直流电机均配有集成的磁性编码器。这样一来,即便是在恶劣的工业环境中,也能确保定位精准。

纳诺达克安全制动器配有结构紧凑的法兰,安装便捷。制动器采用电磁方式通风,用于满足下述应用要求:在最短的时间内对移动质量进行减速或按照定义条件进行制动,且所产生的制动力矩在断电时仍然存在。要保持最大的制动力,需在调试前以及最长4周的时间间隔执行一次磨合过程。建议:转速200 rpm;打开制动器,然后每0.5秒关闭制动器一次,完成5个循环。

The hollow shaft of these encoders is slid directly onto and fastened to the shaft to be measured.ROD, ROC and ROQ rotary encoders from HEIDENHAIN have their own bearings and are sealed. They are robust and compact. These encoders are coupled by the rotor to the measured shaft through a separate coupling that compensates axial motion and misalignment between the encoder shaft and measured shaft.
